Scope

• With a Docu-Flat, all Scribits are available for multiple revisions one Document uploads (= of one order) included to bring it to print readiness.
• You can use the uploaded document within the framework of the order selected for the flat rate without any time or content restrictions¹ revise and analyse.
• Note: The Re-upload in a revised version is not possible or leads to a new order without Docu-Flat (we recommend using a Enterprise Flat to book)

Usage

• Purchase one or more Docu-Flats as credit.
• Upload a document in Textbuddy to create a new order.
• Use the button “Enable Docu-Flat“, to permanently activate the flat rate for the order.
• With activation, a Docu-Flat will be deducted from your credit.

Validity & availability

• No decay: The Docu-Flat remains permanently active on the order and the document is available without time restrictions, as long as your account at Scribigo is active and the selected order is not deleted by you.

• Order-bound: The flat rate is tied to the selected order and non-transferable. It cannot be revoked or paid out after activation.

Revocation

• You can cancel the purchase as provided by law, as long as you haven't activated the Docu-Flat on an order yet.

¹ Fair Use Policy: Fair use assumes that a user optimises a document within a single job to take it from first draft to print-ready status. “Swapping” the text or uploading a different document to indirectly optimise multiple documents within the same job is not technically intended and is not permitted. Should the use of the flat rate exceed a volume of 20 million characters within a single job, or should attempts be made to deliberately circumvent restrictions, we reserve the right to restrict the flat rate. In the event of a restriction, there is no entitlement to a (partial) refund or continued use. Use of the flat rate is automatically checked for fair use compliance.
